The Starfish Harp Stand is made from aluminium alloy and can be made any height, making it suitable for either standing or sitting playing. Starfish harps are made ready for a stand during construction. Any Starfish harps made before 2005 require a small amount of work to accept a stand. Stands can be fitted to some other makes of harp, but this depends on their construction.

The stand is fitted to the base of the harp with two large thumbscrews – no tools are required and there are no loose parts to be lost.

When not in use the stand folds down to fit in a padded soft carry bag made from the same materials as the harp cases.

There are two models:

Small stand: up to 200mm high; with bag:
