Starfish have been making instruments now since 1987, and to date have made and sold over a thousand. With this amount of experience, you can expect a Starfish instrument to give you very few problems; however, in the unlikely event that it does, you can also expect Starfish to both want to deal with it quickly and efficiently and have the expertise to do so.
The Starfish instrument is guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. Although it is rare for instruments to give problems, you can rely on Starfish to treat any such occurrences as a matter of urgency. The guarantee covers all problems except those arising from normal wear and tear, accidental or other actual damage, and normal string breakages. We recommend that instruments are always insured to protect against the kind of accidental damage which our guarantee cannot cover.
