The skeletal body can be made from mahogany or tulipwood. Woods Using a single piece of wood from head to tail with an intricate series of holes allows the body to be lightweight but very strong. An ebony fingerboard of the highest quality is fitted.
The passive bridge pickup system is designed specifically for our instruments and made by ourselves in collaboration with Ashworth electronics with no onboard electronics or batteries.
The standard finish is a clear polyurethane varnish which enhances the wood and provides a hard wearing finish.
Violins can be sprayed any colour (£180 including VAT or £153.19 excluding VAT).
